The staff was exceptionally friendly both to myself and when I overheard their interactions with other customers. The gym had a variety of fitness equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, and weights. There was a nice assortment of both fresh cooked food and fresh fruit along with cereal and yogurt at the breakfast buffet. Lots of space and easy access in their garage.

We had a lovely spacious room with a pleasant view and our stay was great from the moment we arrived. The staff at check in were super kind and welcoming and it was an easy walk from the Amtrak station. The breakfast included was simple but good (especially waffles on the weekend) and it was impressive having gym and pool facilities too. We'd certainly return on another visit.

It was a great location, one of us walked from the hotel to go downtown and to the university. The staff were friendly and hospitable, accommodating us with an extra blanket when asked. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. We really liked the size of the TV. It was very quiet there as well despite being a fairly busy hotel. The parking garage underneath was a good additional perk.

Excellent, spacious room with 2 queen beds which were supremely comfortable. Great pillows too. New and sparkling bathroom with a spacious vanity bench and shelves, hooks etc. Terrific breakfast was included and had plenty of variety from bananas, fresh-cut fruits chunks, yoghurts, oats and cereals with multiple topping choices , breads, bagels, toasts and spreads, and hot selections too, such as 2 types of egg, bacon, hand rolls or quiches, plus tea/coffee bar. There was some variation each day as well. Breakfast staff were very friendly and obliging too, and regularly checked and topped up food items.

Super friendly staff which gave us a lot of recommendations for trips/restaurants/activities around the area. We stayed here after a longer trip and were very happy to be able to do laundry in a convenient way (staff was again super helpful and friendly). Good breakfast, nothing super special, but sufficient choices available. Always enough parking spaces.

Very convenient to hospital. Nice breakfast options. Adequate workout facilities. Rooms and doorways are large enough for my mother to maneuver with walker/wheelchair.

Room size and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking. I was able to do an early check-in and the staff were very accommodation for that. The lobby and parking garage were also clean. It also was only a few minutes drive to the central area.
